High category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only using mechanical procedures.

Olive oil produced with olives coming from Azienda Agricola Monte Re 1958 from Altomonte’s hills. Harvested only in wooden case with mechanical machines, the olives are taken to the oil mill on the same day they are harvested. Production takes place only in cold temperature.

The olives are harvested the last week of October and the first week of November.
